The Hala B Saudi application may collect certain information including device information, usage data, and location data to enable location-based services such as nearby offers and geofencing notifications.

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Physical activity data (e.g., walking, running, or in-vehicle status)

We do NOT collect sensitive personal health information such as medical records, heart rate, or clinical data.

Location & Notification Data

Our app collects your precise background location to detect when you are near registered venues. This is used solely to send you local push notifications about nearby offers and promotions. Location data is processed on-device and is not transmitted to our servers or shared with third parties.
We store a local record of venue visit timestamps on your device to avoid sending repeated notifications for the same venue within 24 hours. This data never leaves your device.
Location tracking requires the “Always Allow” permission and continues in the background. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.

    This data is used solely to:

    • Improve the accuracy of geofencing detection
    • Optimize timing and relevance of location-based notifications

    This data is:

    • Processed on-device
    • NOT stored on our servers
    • NOT shared with third parties
    • NOT used for advertising, profiling, or analytics

    We do NOT collect or process sensitive health data such as:

    • Medical conditions
    • Heart rate
    • Fitness history

Rules of Use

By downloading the Hala B Saudi application (“App”) and registering an account, or by using the website www.halabsaudi.com (“Website” or “Site”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the rules of use outlined on the Platform (collectively referred to as the “Platform”), whether accessed through the Website or the App. 

All offers (“Offers”) available through the Platform are subject to these Rules of Use (“Rules”) as well as any specific terms and conditions stated on or within the individual Offers. We strongly recommend that users review these rules carefully before redeeming or utilizing any Offer. 

By using our Service, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the rules of use as well as to any future updates or modifications to the present terms, which will be published on the Website from time to time.  

1- General Guide to using Offers:
  • Offers have validity dates. 
  • Offers can be used 7 days a week, blackout days may apply.
  • Offers should be presented prior to payment or requesting the bill. 
  • Offers are not valid in conjunction with any other discount offers, promotions, special discounted menus or loyalty/rewards
  • The issuing merchant is usually responsible for the quality and availability of the service or product programs.
  • Hala B Saudi is generally not responsible for disputes between users and service providers but acting as facilitators where necessary. 
2- Redeeming offers:
  • Select your chosen offer for use on the App.
  • Present your mobile device with the chosen Offer to the merchant prior to the bill being presented.
  • Ask the merchant to enter their PIN.
  • Once the merchant has entered their PIN the offer will be redeemed, and the offer will reflect your bill.
  • You will then be requested to settle the balance of the total bill after the discount is applied.
  • The Offer can be redeemed once per visit/bill.
  • In the case of a dispute, the bill must be settled as per Qatar local law.
  • Relevant parties will be contacted for a resolution.
Food & Drink Offers
  • Only one bill per table will be presented. Splitting bills is not permitted.
  • Offers are not valid for delivery or takeaway orders, unless otherwise specified in the Offer.
  • Discounts do not apply to service charges, where applicable.
  • Offers are intended for adults only. It is at the merchant’s discretion whether to allow offers to be used by children.
Beauty & Spa Offers
  • Prior booking may be required for certain services.
  • The Offer may be used by an individual or by a maximum number of people specified by the merchant, provided they are included on the same bill.
Attractions & Leisure Offers

Prior booking may be required for certain activities or experiences.

Terms and conditions may vary depending on the activity. Please confirm directly with the merchant or outlet regarding:

  • Minimum or maximum number of participants
  • Age restrictions
  • Safety guidelines
  • Any other applicable conditions
Retail & Services Offers

Offers must be presented before payment or before requesting the bill.

Hotel Package Offers
  • Hotel Package Offers provide a fixed-rate offer, including room night(s) along with additional benefits specified in the Offer.
  • Hotel Offers are subject to availability, and reservations must be made directly with the hotel in advance prior to arrival.
  • Offers are valid only during the redemption period specified in the Offer.
  • All bookings are subject to the hotel’s standard reservation, payment, and cancellation policies.
  • Hala B Saudi is not responsible for the management policies or operational decisions of individual hotels.
