Rules of Use

By downloading the Hala B Saudi application (“App”) and registering an account, or by using the website www.halabsaudi.com (“Website” or “Site”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the rules of use outlined on the Platform (collectively referred to as the “Platform”), whether accessed through the Website or the App. 

All offers (“Offers”) available through the Platform are subject to these Rules of Use (“Rules”) as well as any specific terms and conditions stated on or within the individual Offers. We strongly recommend that users review these rules carefully before redeeming or utilizing any Offer. 

By using our Service, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the rules of use as well as to any future updates or modifications to the present terms, which will be published on the Website from time to time.  

1- General Guide to using Offers:
  • Offer(s) have validity dates. 
  • Offer(s) can be used 7 days a week, blackout days may apply. 
  • Offer(s) should be presented prior to payment or requesting the bill. 
  • Offer(s) are not valid in conjunction with any other discount offers, promotions, special discounted menus or loyalty/rewards programs 
  • Offer(s) are typically tied to specific items, services, or locations as stated on the offer itself.  
  • Offer(s) may not be transferable. 
  • Offer(s) may be subject to availability, especially for limited time offers or specific products.  
  • The issuing merchant is usually responsible for the quality and availability of the service or product.  
  • Hala B Saudi is generally not responsible for disputes between users and service providers but acting as facilitators where necessary. 
2- Redeeming offers:
    • Select your chosen offer for use on the App. 
    • Present your mobile device with the chosen Offer to the merchant prior to the bill being presented. 
    • Ask the merchant to enter their PIN. 
    • Once the merchant has entered their PIN the offer will be redeemed, and the offer will reflect your bill. 
    • You will then be requested to settle the balance of the total bill after the discount is applied. 
    • The Offer can be redeemed once per visit/bill. 
    • In the case of a dispute, the bill must be settled as per Qatar local law. Relevant parties will be contacted for a resolution. 
Food & Drink Offers
  • Only one bill will be presented per table. No splitting of bills will be allowed. 
  • Offers are not valid for delivery or takeaway – unless otherwise indicated on the Offer. 
  • Discounts do not apply to service charges if applicable. 
  • Offers can be availed by adults only. It is at the discretion of the merchant to allow offers to be used by kids. 
Beauty & Spas Offers
  • Prior booking may be required. 
  • Offer can be used by an individual or maximum number of people to be specified by the merchant with the condition that they issue on bill. 
Attractions & Leisure Offers
  • Prior booking may be required for certain offers and/or activities. 
  • Terms & Conditions may vary with the number of activities so please refer to the individual merchant/outlet for confirmation of minimum/maximum number of people, age restrictions, safety guidelines and other conditions. 
Retail & Services Offers
  • Offer(s) should be presented prior to payment or requesting the bill. 
Staycation Offers/Hotel Vouchers
  • Prior booking directly with hotel staff is required before you can use the voucher at the hotel. 
  • The hotel voucher provides you with a discount on the Rack Rate which is rate directly quoted to you by the hotel staff. 
  • The hotel voucher is only valid for a room and does not include breakfast unless otherwise specified on the voucher. 
  • Redemption of the voucher is subject to availability of the room with the hotel. 
  • The hotel voucher cannot be used with the online bookings done through the hotel website or any 3rd party website. 

 

Hotel Package Offer:
  •  Which is a fixed rate Offer, including room night(s) with additional benefits provided by the hotel and as specified in the Offer. 
  • Hotel Offers are subject to availability and reservations must be made with the Hotel in advance, prior to arrival. 
  • Hotel Offers are valid for redemption during the period specified on the Offer only. 
  • All bookings are subject to the hotel’s standard reservations, payment and cancellation policies. Hala B Saudi will not accept any responsibility for each hotel’s management policies. 
New Offers

Throughout the year Hala B Saudi will launch new Offers from new merchants. These Offers are available to all users and generic Rules of Use shall apply. 

 

Hala B Saudi may terminate your registration at any time and reserves the right to terminate the user account should it observe any misuse or abuse of the App, our Services, or our Partners.
